- Analyse collections portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of collections strategies and operational outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting packs, and performance metrics.
- Support collections strategy optimisation through data analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Assist with the implementation, testing, and monitoring of new collections initiatives and treatments.
- Partner with collections and operational teams to improve recoveries and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical processes.
- Present findings and insights to key stakeholders to support decision-making.
Job Experience and Skills Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Experience:
• Experience within a Quantitative Analytics, Collections Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, or Retail Banking Analytics environment. • Previous exposure to collections strategy monitoring, reporting, and performance optimisation. • Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations. Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills. • Strong SQL skills. • Experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar analytical tools would be advantageous. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Collections analytics experience.
