Working across product, development, and operations, you’ll own our CI/CD infrastructure, enforce quality gates, and monitor production health. It’s a role with broad impact and the autonomy to shape how we build and ship software.
Key Responsibilities
Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Heroku Pipelines) and enforce quality gates.
Manage deployments and ensure safe releases with practices like feature flags and canary rollouts.
Monitor system health with tools like Sentry and performance dashboards; lead incident response.
Maintain and evolve test infrastructure (unit, integration, and acceptance tests).
Integrate security practices into pipelines and support platform hardening (IAM, key management).
Boost developer productivity by improving tooling and shortening build-to-deploy cycles.
What You’ll Bring
Solid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
Comfortable with cloud pipeline platforms (Heroku a plus).
Skilled in Python and shell scripting (Django familiarity a bonus).
Hands-on with automated testing frameworks.
Familiar with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry).
Proven ability to deliver secure, reliable systems in SaaS or FinTech contexts.
