This is a leadership role for someone with hands-on QMS experience, strong auditing capability and the ability to manage a Quality Department within a demanding manufacturing environment. Detail: Quality Management Certificate (SAQI, TQM or similar) – NON-NEGOTIABLE Grade 12 / equivalent 5+ years' quality management experience in heavy engineering manufacturing 2+ years managing a Quality Department Strong ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 knowledge Experience with QMS, auditing, non-conformances and risk management Proven leadership and people-management skills Medium–Advanced MS Office proficiency Lead and manage the Quality Department Manage and continuously improve the QMS Conduct and manage internal audits and non-conformance processes Drive risk management and corrective actions Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 Lead and develop quality personnel Manage quality systems and reporting Support continuous improvement across manufacturing As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
