Quality Management Systems Facilitator - Upington, Northern Cape

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a QMS Facilitator to join their team on a 12 month duration in Upington, NC. They are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Facilitator to lead a learnership program in Quality Management Systems . This program aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to implement, maintain, and enhance quality management systems in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5) in accordance with the curriculum. • Provide practical and theoretical instruction to learners, ensuring engagement and understanding. • Monitor and assess learner progress, offering constructive feedback and support. • Prepare and distribute training materials, registers, and evaluation documents. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner outcomes. • Support learners in completing workplace projects and meeting program requirements. • Ensure compliance with SETA and QCTO standards throughout the training program Requirements:

• A qualification in Quality Management , Business Administration , or a related field (NQF Level 6 or higher preferred). • Accredited as a facilitator with a valid ETDP SETA certification . • At least 2 years of facilitation experience, preferably in quality management or related programs. • Strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in managing diverse learner groups in a structured learning environment. Preferred Competencies

• Familiarity with the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems curriculum. • Knowledge of South African skills development frameworks, including SETA and QCTO requirements. • Practical experience in implementing or auditing quality management systems. • Ability to mentor and support learners in both classroom and workplace contexts.
