- We are seeking a Quality Control Monitor to ensure that products, materials, and production processes meet required quality, safety, and operational standards. This position offers growth opportunities within the quality control field.
Key Responsibilities Testing & Inspection
- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools.
- Identify defects and deviations.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
Process Monitoring
- Monitor production areas to ensure compliance.
- Check adherence to quality requirements.
- Identify process deviations.
Data Recording & Documentation
- Accurately record inspection results.
- Capture measurements such as weights and temperatures.
- Maintain quality control records.
Non-Conforming Products
- Identify non-conforming products.
- Reject defective items.
- Prevent non-conforming products from progressing.
Reporting & Corrective Action
- Report quality concerns to management.
- Assist in investigating quality problems.
- Support corrective actions.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Quality Control or related field.
- Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy and good communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts in an industrial environment.
