The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements through first-off, in-process, and final inspections. This role involves conducting product testing, maintaining accurate quality records, inspecting finished goods before dispatch, monitoring production scrap, and ensuring only compliant products are released to the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience using measuring equipment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Detail: The key responsibilities of the position includes: Quality Control and Inspection operations in the factory as per required ISO9001 standards and requirements. Perform first off, random and final product inspections at all production stations and record results accordingly. Perform visual inspection on products prior delivering to the Warehouse i.e. product quality, packaging and to make sure labelling and quantities is correct. Count and record the daily scrap on the relevant scrap record sheet. Perform various product tests in order to verify conformity to standards and record results on QC documents. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 – minimum requirement Relevant QA qualification with at least 3-5 years industry experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and procedures being an added advantage. Sound knowledge of Measuring equipment. Be technically minded.
