Purpose of the role
The Company is committed to youth skills development, providing unemployed matriculants with an opportunity to gain work-based experience while participating in a Learnership Programme.
Applications are invited for the Quality Assurance: Learnership for unemployed matriculants between the age of 18 and 23. The Learnership program will run for a period of twelve (12) months .
A verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work based exposure may include the following
- General Office Administration
- Documents and records management
- Queries and complaints administration
- Review claims compliance against the Company Act and internal guidance
- Create and maintain various spreadsheets
- Develop templates and checklists
- Identify and report on quality issues
- Review trends for relevance and accuracy
- Follow up on action plans
- Prepare monthly reports
- Liase with different stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Rendering administration support services
- Appropriate record keeping
- Knowledge and understanding of claims handling environment
- Basic knowledge and understanding of claims process and procedures
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements and Experience
- Must be between the ages of 18 to 23 years
- Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Certified copy of your ID
- Your CV and motivational letter
- Applicants must be unemployed , were never employed in the field of the post and never participated in an learnership programme in the relevant field of the post previously.
Package & Remuneration
Monthly stipend: R4,500.00 pm
