- FEM invites applications for a 12‑month Internship Programme within the Quality Assurance department at our Head Office.
The purpose of this position is to
- Learn and apply COIDA, DEL directives, and internal SOPs in reviews and documentation,
- Escalate non-compliance trends under guidance,
- Observe and participate in QA processes, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions,
- Support QA Analysts in reviewing claims, underwriting, documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness,
- Identifies obvious errors and inconsistencies under supervision,
- Support round table preparations for QA processes,
- Assist in compiling QA reports, dashboards and summaries for management.
The minimum requirements
- Matric with strong English and Mathematics literacy
- An Internal Audit qualification or a qualification related to Financial Management will be an added advantage.
- 0 to 6 months' experience in general administration
- Good communication skills
