QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field . Professional qualification or training in Quality Management/Quality Assurance is an added advantage. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements. Understanding of quality inspection, testing, statistical quality control, and root-cause analysis. Knowledge of CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis , and other quality improvement tools. Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes, preferably in a steel, roofing, or related manufacturing environment . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and under pressure. Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
