Start free — we apply for you →PURPOSE This role exists to ensure that products or services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. It involves establishing clear quality objectives, defining measurable standards, implementing effective control processes, and ensuring the organization can consistently deliver offerings that are high in quality, reliable, and efficient. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and Reporting Perform inspections of output samples using industry-standard methods, including comparison to specifications, dimensional measurements, and functional evaluations. Review blueprints and technical specifications to verify product conformity. Train production teams on quality control procedures to enhance product excellence and reduce defects. Oversee and ensure the overall quality of all products manufactured by the company. Independently implement all quality assurance and control activities, including procedure development, record keeping, risk assessments, staff training, audits, hygiene protocols, pest control, equipment calibration, and verification processes. Identify and propose improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Monitor equipment usage to ensure safety and discard any tools or machinery that fail to meet operational standards. Compile and report monthly quality trends and performance metrics to senior management. Analyze statistical quality data to identify patterns and areas for improvement. Assist in developing test methods and inspection plans tailored to product specifications. Manage interim quality control measures and ensure continuity of standards. Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Responsibilities Understand and apply health and safety regulations, ensuring risk mitigation within designated areas of responsibility. Ensure team compliance with all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards and take corrective action to address non-conformances. Verify that all laboratory equipment meets SHE compliance requirements.
