The successful candidate will be a trade-qualified technician with current dealership experience and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced, high volume and stressful environment. Only candidates with a recognised technical qualification, premium dealership experience, and a stable employment record will be considered. Detail: Ideal Candidate Profile: Career-focused and committed to the motor industry Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to thrive in a demanding, high-pressure dealership environment Team player with excellent communication skills Reliable, professional, and dependable Demonstrates a stable and successful work history with reputable employers Experience with premium brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche, or similar luxury marques Key Responsibilities: Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards Conduct accurate diagnostics and fault finding Complete work within allocated labour times while maintaining quality standards Ensure all job cards and related documentation are completed accurately Adhere to dealership and manufacturer processes and procedures Maintain a clean and safe work environment Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction Minimum Requirements: Qualified Red Seal Motor Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician Experience working within a premium/luxury vehicle dealership environment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume workshop Excellent technical and mechanical skills Valid driver's licence Stable and consistent employment history with proven longevity in previous roles Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
