The successful candidate will be technically strong, quality-focused, and capable of diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems to manufacturer standards. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs on passenger vehicles Accurately identify and resolve complex technical faults Complete all work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and within allocated timeframes Maintain detailed and accurate job cards and workshop documentation Support workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, and first-time fix targets Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Minimum Requirements: Relevant Motor Mechanic/Automotive Technician Trade Qualification Valid driver's licence Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Passenger Vehicle Technician Previous experience with premium brands an advantage Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities across mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems Experience using manufacturer diagnostic tools and adhering to OEM repair procedures Motor Industry experience Essential! Ideal Candidate Profile: Stable employment history demonstrating loyalty and commitment No job hoppers.
