Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for Induction , training , Trade Test Preperation , Trade Testing and undertaking various competency assessments for Millwright / Electrcians / Mechanical Fitter learners. Other responsibilities include preparation of progress reports , client Feedback , visits to Host Companies , adhering and enforcing Health and Safety and assuming leadership role in their departments.
Training : Upon Commencement of Training, undertake Induction program for new intake
Assessments and Moderation : Administer varius Assessments such as Trainability ,RPL , work readiness assessments . Undertake Trade Tests in compliance with the NAMB / QCTO / SETA or any other standards set by other control bodies .
Commercial :Assist with input for budgets , business plans , forecasts and strategy formulation .
Leadership : Protection Plan , Timekeeping , General Management , Health and Safety Act .
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must be a Qualified Artisan Millwright Trade Test Papers
Must have a minimum three years experience as a Facilitator / Assessor for Artisan Training
A minimum of three years post qualification work experience as a Millwright
Must have Assessor and Moderator courses Qualification
Must have worked in a Traning Center Environment
Industry Experience

Package & Remuneration
Salary : R500 000-00 CTC per Annum (Maximum)
