- A franchise commercial truck and bus centre in Polokwane is seeking a qualified Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on commercial vehicles, while maintaining accurate workshop documentation and safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on trucks and buses.
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and component repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
- Complete job cards and maintain accurate repair records.
- Maintain workshop safety, workmanship and quality standards.
- Undertake some Saturday work, standby duties and call-outs as required.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4–5 years' commercial experience working on trucks and buses.
- Qualified Trade-Tested Diesel Technician.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Currently reside in Polokwane or surrounding Limpopo areas.
- Available for some Saturdays, standby duties and call-outs.
