Your Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and audits across project operations.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, technical requirements and quality standards.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports NCRs, corrective actions and quality documentation.
- Review Inspection and Test Plans ITPs and maintain inspection records.
- Support client audits, project reporting and quality handover documentation.
- Work closely with project teams, engineers and subcontractors.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' relevant QA/QC experience.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
- Practical experience with inspections, audits, NCRs and quality documentation.
- Experience within construction, engineering, mining or heavy lifting environments.
- Wind farm / wind turbine installation project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work in a demanding project-site environment.
