- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Set up automation frameworks and pipelines.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, meeting user acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects using our bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact after updates.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality concerns.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Job Experience and Skills Required
• Proficiency in designing and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts. • Proficiency in functional testing (including UI/UX validation), non-functional testing (e.g. performance and usability testing), regression testing after updates or bug fixes, exploratory testing to identify edge cases. • Proficient in bug management (documenting, prioritizing, tracking) using tools e.g. JIRA and Sentry. • Experience with Git and Git branching. • Agile testing processes and workflows. • Strong communication skills to effectively report bugs and testing results to developers and stakeholders. • Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality delivery. · Experience in developing and executing test scripts in Python, Dart or related languages
