Job Title: QA System Administrator Start Date: 2026-07-10 - 2026-08-09 Vacancy Type: Permanent CPT003631 Sectors: HSE & Quality Location: Western Cape , CPT - Northern Suburbs Salary: R 180000 - R 216000 Annually Cost To Company (KPI incentive up to R3000 per month and cell phone allowance of R250 as well as overtime if and when) Brief: Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced QA Systems Administrator to join their Quality Assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional who is passionate about food safety, compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement. Detail: Key Responsibilities As the QA Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with food safety standards, customer requirements, and legislative regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) Document control, version control, and quality records management Coordinating HACCP, FSSC 22000 and ISO quality systems Planning and conducting internal GMP, hygiene, process and systems audits Supporting external customer and certification audits Managing customer complaints, quality investigations and corrective actions Monitoring quality KPIs, trends and reporting Reviewing supplier and customer specifications Coordinating quality-related training across the business Supporting food safety initiatives, risk assessments and continuous improvement projects Promoting a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organisation Minimum Requirements Matric Degree or National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science Food Safety Management Systems qualification Lead Auditor qualification (SAACTA accreditation advantageous) 3–5 years' experience in a Quality Assurance Systems role within a food manufacturing environment Sound knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO standards and food safety legislation Experience conducting internal and supplier audits Strong document control and quality systems administration experience Excellent reporting, administration and analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems We Are Looking For Someone Who Has exceptional attention to detail Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Enjoys working with systems, processes and compliance Can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Is proactive, analytical and solutions driven Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment If you have a passion for food safety, quality systems and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
