- The QAC Advisor is responsible for supporting high-quality service delivery by managing stakeholder queries, processing policy-related updates, and implementing quality assurance corrections.
- This role ensures exceptional client experience by maintaining service excellence in all engagements and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
- RE5 Certificate
- Fully FAIS Accredited As per Dofa date
Minimum Experience
- Experience of more than 2 years in Short-Term Insurance within a Sales or Client Services environment
Knowledge and Skills
- Call monitoring and assessments and leads support activitiesi.e. campaigns
- Documents feedback for coaching and developing agents
- Process management and standards alignment
- Leads queries, investigations and complaints
