QA Automation Architect

Experience we’re looking for IT Tertiary Qualification or ISTQB Advanced Certification (Test Analyst, Technical Test Analyst, or Test Manager). 10+ years of experience in testing or related roles. Strong understanding of SDLC & QA integration. Expertise in test management tools (DevOps, JIRA). Hands-on experience with manual & automated testing for API, Mobile, and Web. Proficiency in automation frameworks (Playwright, Typescript, Appium). Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines & test automation in CI (Azure DevOps & Docker). Ability to design and review test plans. Strong understanding of software engineering and testing principles, best practices and methodologies. Good understanding of architectural patterns and their application within software development and testing. Experience with or understanding of data-driven testing approaches and their application within automated testing. Understanding of separation of concerns and its importance in designing maintainable, scalable and testable solutions. Performance testing knowledge (K6, JMeter, Load Runner). Basic SQL skills & IT knowledge. Strong understanding of QA methodologies & release processes. Agile development experience. Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders. Innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Bonus points if you have… Software development experience. Use of AI Tools (Copilot, Claude, Codex) Experience as a Team Lead or Manager.
