Detail: Responsibilities: Implementation and maintenance of a Food Safety Management System. Full understanding and experience of FSSC 22000 v5.1. Quality Assurance. Control on documents and records. Validate, verify and improve the food safety management system. Managing factory cleaners and associated staff. Experience and the understanding of new product development. Work closely with production management regarding implementation of food safety standards, and maintain the record keeping for audits. Understand legislation related to QA standards in South Africa.
