- Minimum 2 years' administration experience or experience in a similar role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in office and digital communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience or knowledge of design principles will be an advantage.
- Must have own reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and manage tickets accurately according to client and internal requirements.
- Verify client instructions, dates, abbreviations, publishing names, sites, content, and links.
- Ensure the correct content is published to the correct client, site, screen, bucket, and timeslot.
- Perform quality-control checks before and after publishing.
- Generate, verify, file, and publish statistics, with statistics prioritised
- Perform screen synchronisation checks and confirm that content is displaying and playing correctly.
- Build and manage buckets, timeslots, and special publishing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure the correct responses, recipients and CCs are used.
- Maintain accurate digital filing structures, file names, links, images, and generated reports.
- Manage ticket workloads and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing large volumes of information.
- Follow established publishing procedures and ensure no unauthorised changes or removals are made.
- Work independently, take initiative, and assist the team during high-pressure production periods.
