Salary: Commission Based at 20% of gross profit.
(First 6 months of employment will be a set basic salary)

Location: Pretoria
A well-established agricultural commodities trading business based in Pretoria is looking to appoint a Protein Trader to join its growing trading team
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven trader with a strong understanding of the animal feed and protein commodities market. If you have an established network across the local industry, this will be highly favourable.
The role is to support the Snr Proteins Trader.
Duties & Responsibilities
Trade and grow volumes across key protein commodities, including **soybean meal, sunflower oilcake, full-fat soya and canola oilcake etc
Develop and maintain strong relationships with millers, processors, feed producers and suppliers
Identify new trading opportunities and grow the company's market share.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Recent Graduates with a Agri education background AND completed SAFEX Exam will be considered but preference will be given to individuals who have 2 or more years' experience in commodity trading , specifically within the protein/ animal feed market.
Other grains trading experience will also be acceptable.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: Commission Based at 20% of gross profit.
