We are looking for a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our team.
Location: South Africa
Requirements
Must be a South African citizen
Previous experience in property management or a related field
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage tenants, landlords, contractors and property-related queries
Good administrative and problem-solving abilities
Computer literate
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Relevant qualifications in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential/commercial properties
Handle tenant and landlord communication
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Monitor rental payments and lease agreements
Conduct property inspections
Manage contractors and service providers
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Ensure properties are well maintained and compliant with relevant requirements
