Start free — we apply for you →REQUIREMENTS Valid SA driving license (Code 8 / Code B) Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English Knowledge of health and safety systems Able to interpret building plans and conduct basic motor vehicle maintenance Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Basic IT-related troubleshooting experience related to computers, printers and phones Not afraid of heights or entering confined spaces (ceilings) Budget management for the maintenance department Work under pressure and prioritise tasks Practical and hands-on with leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Willing to be available after hours for emergencies
DUTIES Ensure smooth operation of the property's facilities Manage maintenance staff and contractors (cleaners, security etc) Maintain high standards of health and safety Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, repair and property maintenance work Administration of stock movements Manage motor vehicle maintenance Manage IT/network infrastructure, CCTV & security
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience, including pension fund.
