This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys managing diverse teams, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
• Oversee the daily operations of the property, including reception, housekeeping, security, and resident administration • Manage resident move-in and move-out processes while ensuring a seamless customer experience • Build and maintain strong resident relationships through effective communication and community engagement • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams through coaching and performance management • Ensure operational readiness for student intake periods and occupancy cycles • Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and operational expenditure • Review supplier invoices and monitor costs to ensure financial efficiency • Coordinate maintenance activities and preventative maintenance programs • Conduct routine inspections of rooms, communal areas, and property facilities • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and risk management procedures • Prepare operational reports covering occupancy, budgets, KPIs, incidents, and service delivery • Maintain accurate records using property management systems and oversee service requests Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field • Bcom or similar • Strong accounting acumen • Minimum 5 years' experience within property, hospitality, or residence management • At least 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Strong understanding of property operations and facilities management • Proven experience managing operational budgets and financial controls • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management principles If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
