Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure commercial and residential property opportunities.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
- Market properties and generate new business.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions.
- Maintain an active client and property pipeline.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Previous external sales experience from any industry.
- Proven sales track record and stable employment history.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Must have own laptop.
