- Establish facility and development scope requirements and design briefs
- Communicate and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders for projects
- Procure relevant professional services and contractors for project execution
- Develop facilities to suit and align to Barloworld Equipment standards
- Oversee property development due diligence processes; stakeholder, consultant and contractor negotiation and liaison; risk mitigation; and delivery within approved budget
- Manage accurate and comprehensive documentation including all construction drawings, specifications, as-built drawings, regulatory submissions etc
- Prepare timely, accurate and professional (internal and external) reports
- Quality, Health and Safety management on projects and adherence to relevant local authority requirements across all project aspects
- Conduct feasibility studies in line with required strategic facility development
- Delivery of high-quality facilities that meet Barloworld Equipment requirements
- Project delivery within scope, time and budget
- Service excellence to all Facility stakeholders
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Degree or Diploma in built environment related study (quantity surveying, engineering, project management, construction management, property studies or architecture)
- Professional registration would be an added advantage (i.e. PMP, ECSA, SACQSP)
- Five to 10 years of experience in construction or project management within the built industry environment.

- Word processing skills and spreadsheet experience are essential.
- Power point and other presentation software skills an advantage
