Where You'll Make an Impact
- Evaluate new acquisition opportunities, including financial feasibility analyses and comprehensive market research.
- Liaise with agents to source and gather vital information on potential properties.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and compile detailed reports to inform strategic choices.
- Present opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings, influencing key investment decisions.
- Manage development timelines, control costs, and oversee quality assurance to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the development team and external professionals involved in ongoing projects.
- Prepare rental proposals and develop marketing plans for new development spaces.
- Assist in sales preparation, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers.
- Support tender processes and conduct ad hoc market research.
Requirements
- Proven ability to evaluate property opportunities through financial and market analysis.
- Strong liaison skills with agents, brokers, and internal teams.
- Experience in conducting due diligence and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Ability to manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant understanding of property development and investment processes.
