- Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Investment, Economics or related field
- 35 years property analysis, investment or development experience
- Property acquisition and development experience
- Financial feasibility and investment analysis
- Due diligence and property market research
- Knowledge of rental and capitalisation rates
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience preparing investment/deal reports and presentations
- Sales and marketing of property assets advantageous
- Strong agent/broker relationship management
- Excellent analytical, commercial and negotiation skills
- Strong reporting, organisation and attention to detail
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
