Projects & SHEQ Manager

Define and align SHEQ strategic direction with management priorities. Monitor, track, and report SHEQ performance KPIs and sustainability (CSRD) data. Drive continuous improvement of SHEQ systems and projects across all MAN dealerships. Implement, maintain, and improve quality management system certifications. Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external SHEQ audits. Conduct regular process audits (including 5S) and ensure follow-up actions. Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (OHS, COID, Environmental etc.). Advise management on SHEQ legislation, company standards, and best practices. Enforce SHEQ policies, procedures, and security management processes. Identify and manage SHE risks and environmental aspects (baseline, periodic, JSA). Facilitate and conduct risk assessments (general, COSHH, fire, manual handling, etc.). Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans. Investigate incidents/accidents, perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures. Manage non-conformances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are closed effectively. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure accurate record-keeping. Oversee contractor and service provider SHEQ compliance through audits and monitoring. Ensure maintenance and calibration of equipment affecting quality, safety, and environment. Enforce waste management, recycling, and energy-saving initiatives. Plan and lead SHEQ management reviews and SHE committee meetings. Maintain document control for all SHEQ processes, procedures, and records. Develop and implement SHEQ communication strategies (toolbox talks briefings, awareness campaigns). Conduct SHE inductions for employees, visitors, and contractors. Identify training needs and coordinate SHEQ training plans. Conduct occupational health and safety surveys and recommend improvements.
