Our client, a leading retail organization known for its innovative approach to workspace solutions, is seeking a dedicated Project Specialist to join their dynamic team in the Eastern Cape.
Duties
Maintain and expand a portfolio of clients through proactive relationship management
Achieve sales and gross profit targets across all furniture categories
Engage with designers, architects, and commercial clients to identify project opportunities
Provide consultative advice on standard and bespoke furniture solutions
Coordinate projects from planning and layout design to delivery and installation
Develop floor layout concepts and support presentations as needed
Promote catalogue ranges while supporting customised product requirements
Ensure high levels of customer service, including after-sales support
Provide market feedback, including trends, competitor activity, and product performance
Ensure accurate administration, order processing, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
Matric qualification
3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or sales within the retail furniture industry
Strong knowledge of bespoke furniture solutions and workspace environments
Exposure and strong relationships with designers and architects is advantageous
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
