Our customer in the East Rand is looking for a young and energetic Project Sales Engineer to join their team. This is a office-based role.
The individual should be familiar with both Sales and Engineering in the Water Treatment Sector and have knowledge of Water Treatment Technologies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to-
- Basic water treatment system design
- Complete plant costing and proposal development of projects
- Customer/client management
- Tendering
- Detailed design of water treatment processes
- Engineering support to our franchisees
- Complete project design including process, equipment sizing and specification, schedule development, control philosophy, etc.
- FAT testing and quality control
- Commissioning
- Customer support
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements
BTech/Bsc Eng (mechanical or chemical)/Bsc in applicable field
1 – 2 years experience in the water treatment sector. Graduates will also be considered
Demonstratable experience in both sales and project engineering
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
