Jerro Enterprise, a growing plumbing and construction company based in Durban, is looking for an experienced, reliable Project Plumber/Electrician Manager to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise plumbing and electrical projects from start to completion
* Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Read and interpret plans, drawings and project specifications
* Coordinate materials, equipment and labour requirements
* Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers
* Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management
* Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational challenges
Desired Experience & Qualification
✅ Relevant plumbing and/or electrical qualifications
✅ Proven experience in project/site management
✅ Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations
✅ Construction/site management experience will be an advantage
✅ Ability to manage teams and multiple projects
✅ Good communication and organisational skills
✅ Valid driver’s licence
✅ Must be willing to travel to project sites when required
✅ South African ID / valid work permit
