Project Manager/ Technology Manager

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Project Manager/Technology Manager to join their team in Cape Town, WC. The client is seeking a young, dynamic, and ambitious candidate to spearhead the technical development of our fantasy sports betting app, built on the Flutter platform. This role demands a visionary leader who is both technically skilled and deadline-driven, capable of scaling an innovative startup from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tech team, instilling a results-oriented and collaborative work culture.
• Drive the app’s technical vision, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Oversee all tech operations, including architecture design, system performance, and security.
• Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by adopting cutting-edge technologies in mobile app development and gaming.
• Quality control and ensures the team follows the vision of the brand

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a CTO, Project Manager, Technology Manager, or equivalent.
• Relevant Education
• Expert in Flutter, Dart, XCode and mobile application frameworks.
• Agile, innovative, and thrives under tight deadlines.
• A “go-getter” mindset with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills to inspire a young team.
