Our client, based in Germiston, is looking for a Project Manager – Team Leader to take ownership of key account projects and ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time, and to client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised project professional who enjoys coordinating teams, working directly with clients, and managing projects from planning through to completion. Detail: REQUIREMENTS Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. A formal qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field would be advantageous but not essential Previous project management experience is essential. Experience managing projects from planning through to completion. Experience in a construction, installation, manufacturing, production, events, engineering, rigging, or similar project-based environment would be advantageous. Experience coordinating multiple teams, departments, contractors, suppliers, or stakeholders. Experience dealing directly with clients and attending client/site meetings. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous. DUTIES Manage key account projects from planning through to completion. Coordinate and manage workflows within the project team. Coordinate project requirements and timelines with the Production Manager. Coordinate project requirements and site activities with the Rigging Manager. Liaise with clients and manage day-to-day project communication. Attend client and site meetings. Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Identify and resolve project issues and delays. Ensure all project information and changes are communicated to the relevant teams.
