Start free — we apply for you →- An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential development projects from land acquisition through to construction, handover, and project close-out. The role focuses on project delivery, cost control, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Property Development, or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience in residential property development and project management
- Proven experience managing residential developments from acquisition to completion
- Experience with feasibility studies, land acquisition, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of South African planning, development, and construction regulations
- Strong project management, commercial, and financial acumen
- Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multiple projects simultaneously
