Key Responsibilities / Hoofverantwoordelikhede

·  Contract Management (JBCC):  Apply and manage JBCC contracts effectively, ensuring full compliance and understanding of contractual obligations.

·  Information Management:  Handle high volumes of incoming requests and ensure accurate, timely distribution of information to relevant stakeholders.

·  Follow-Ups & Accountability:  Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals, and deliverables to ensure project momentum is maintained.

·  Problem Solving:  Identify challenges early and implement practical, effective solutions to keep projects on track.

·  Crisis Management:  Take control in high-pressure situations, making informed decisions to minimize risk and disruption.

·  Timeline Management:  Plan, monitor, and enforce project timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

·  Communication Flow:  Oversee the flow of information between teams, clients, and contractors to ensure clarity and alignment.

·  Health & Safety Compliance:  Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations, with strong emphasis on JBCC-related requirements.

· Kontrakbestuur (JBCC):  Pas JBCC-kontrakte effektief toe en bestuur dit, en verseker volle nakoming en begrip van kontraktuele verpligtinge.

· Inligtingsbestuur:  Hanteer hoë volumes inkomende versoeke en verseker akkurate, tydige verspreiding van inligting aan relevante belanghebbendes.

· Opvolg & Aanspreeklikheid:  Volg proaktief op uitstaande take, goedkeurings en aflewerings om te verseker dat projekmomentum gehandhaaf word.

· Probleemoplossing:  Identifiseer uitdagings vroegtydig en implementeer praktiese, effektiewe oplossings om projekte op koers te hou.

· Krisisbestuur:  Neem beheer in hoëdruk-situasies en neem ingeligte besluite om risiko en ontwrigting te minimaliseer.

· Tydlynbestuur:  Beplan, monitor en dwing projektydlyne af om te verseker dat sperdatums konsekwent nagekom word.

· Kommunikasievloei:  Hou toesig oor die vloei van inligting tussen spanne, kliënte en kontrakteurs om duidelikheid en belyning te verseker.

· Gesondheid & Veiligheid-nakoming:  Verseker streng nakoming van Gesondheid & Veiligheidsregulasies, met sterk fokus op JBCC-verwante vereistes.

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes

· Degree in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying / BSc/BTech.

·Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Project and MS Package.

· Strong knowledge and understanding of JBCC contracts.
