- Our client, a UK-based Managed Services Provider, is looking for an organised and driven Project Manager to oversee a large-scale Wi-Fi refresh project across approximately 450 dental practices throughout the United Kingdom.
- This role focuses on planning, coordination and delivery rather than technical configuration. The successful candidate will work closely with UK-based engineers, coordinate installations, communicate with customers, manage project schedules and ensure projects are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to client operations.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Project Management career who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment and is looking to grow within an international business.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years' experience managing or coordinating projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple sites simultaneously.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with UK clients.
- Experience working with technical teams or field engineers.
- Good understanding of IT networking concepts.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Stable fibre internet connection.
- Own UPS/inverter to ensure uninterrupted connectivity during load shedding.

Duties, but not limited to
- Manage the rollout of approximately 450 UK sites.
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors.
- Schedule installations and surveys.
- Manage customer communication.
- Chair regular project meetings.
- Maintain project plans and timelines.
- Track project risks and issues.
- Manage project documentation.
- Coordinate change requests.
- Ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Escalate issues where required.
- Produce regular progress reports.
- Liaise with technical teams.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed scope.
