- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Transport Management System (TMS) solutions.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Configure workflows, master data, user roles, and system settings.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate testing activities, user sign-off, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Deliver user training and develop deployment, process, and support documentation.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
- French speaking
- Proven experience in Project Management and software/application deployments.
- Experience implementing Transport Management Systems (TMS), logistics systems, or ERP solutions.
- Background within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transport operations.
- Strong process analysis, root cause analysis, training, and deployment experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, organisation, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You should be comfortable driving implementations from requirements gathering through to deployment, training, and handover while managing diverse stakeholders and project teams.
