• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent). • Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, AgilePM, or equivalent is highly advantageous. - Minimum 710 years' Project Management experience delivering technology projects.
- Minimum 35 years' experience within the FinTech, Banking, Digital Payments, or Telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience delivering digital products and customer-facing technology solutions.
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience managing senior business and executive stakeholders.
