Our client is seeking a high-impact Project Manager / Project Leader to drive strategic initiatives across the business. This is not a traditional project management role . We are looking for an experienced professional who can engage confidently with Executive Committees, lead complex business initiatives, manage multiple dependencies, and influence action across the organisation. Detail: Key Responsibilities Lead multiple enterprise-wide projects from initiation through to delivery and closure. Develop detailed project scopes, work breakdown structures, schedules, and delivery plans. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project governance across multiple workstreams. Prepare and present executive-level reports, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership and ExCo. Facilitate strategic decision-making through clear analysis and actionable recommendations. Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project planning, reporting, communication, and execution. Essential Requirements ✅ 8+ years' project management experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. ✅ Demonstrated experience presenting to Executive Committees, Boards, or C-Suite stakeholders. ✅ Strong project scoping, planning, scheduling, and dependency management skills. ✅ Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully. ✅ Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. ✅ Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities. ✅ Ability to work independently, solve complex business problems, and drive execution. ✅ Undergraduate Degree (NQF Level 7).
