Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and development of major logistics infrastructure projects.
- Develop and evaluate business cases, feasibility studies and project preparation strategies.
- Provide strategic input into logistics hubs, inland ports, rail and port development projects.
- Engage with government, private-sector, infrastructure, logistics and other key stakeholders.
- Assess PPP structures and potential delivery models.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical specialists and integrate their inputs into the overall project.
- Provide strategic advice on freight logistics systems and infrastructure requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters degree in Infrastructure, Engineering, Transport, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience in infrastructure project preparation.
- Proven experience with logistics hubs, inland ports, rail or port developments .
- Experience in business case development and project feasibility .
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Knowledge of PPPs / public-private partnership structures .
- Strong understanding of freight logistics systems.
