Duties & Responsibilities
Our client is a specialist financial advisory firm focused on infrastructure, energy and renewable energy transactions across Africa and other emerging markets. The business advises developers, investors, sponsors and lenders on the structuring, financing and execution of complex projects, with particular strength in project finance, financial modelling, transaction advisory, capital raising and strategic financial analysis. With a strong track record across renewable energy, power and infrastructure, the firm operates in a lean, highly experienced advisory environment, giving professionals meaningful exposure to live transactions, senior decision-makers and projects from early-stage evaluation through financial close.
Desired Experience & Qualification
We're looking for a commercially minded, analytically strong finance professional with genuine interest in project finance and African infrastructure transactions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modelling, transaction and investment analysis capability, together with the confidence to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders. A CA(SA) is preferred, although strong CFA, finance, economics or accounting backgrounds with relevant advisory or transaction experience will also be considered. The right person will be detail-oriented, proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working across multiple live transactions in a fast-paced advisory environment.

This is a Cape Town-based, transaction-focused opportunity offering direct exposure to energy, infrastructure and industrial projects across Africa.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior advisers and clients across financial modelling, structuring, due diligence and execution, with meaningful involvement throughout the transaction lifecycle.
