Transforms raw data into actionable insights that help the organization understand performance, solve problems, and guide strategy. Work with databases, spreadsheets, and visualization tools to analyze trends and communicate findings clearly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from databases, spreadsheets, and third party tools (SCM, Syspro and CRM).
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Understands SQL queries to extract and transform data. (not a deal breaker)
- Analyze trends, patterns, and outliers using statistical methods.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, or similar tools.
- Present insights to stakeholders through charts, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand data needs and support decision making.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Ability to clean and manage large datasets.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear communication of complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and branches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, computer science).
- Entry level to senior roles varies from 0 to 4+ years of experience.
