NACOSA is looking for an experienced, results-driven and highly organised Programme Coordinator to support the successful implementation of the SEF Project at sub-district level. The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating programme implementation teams and community-based organisations, driving achievement against programme targets, strengthening stakeholder relationships, monitoring programme quality and supporting effective reporting, compliance and resource management. Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Planning & Implementation Develop and implement strategies to achieve sub-district targets relating to mobilisation, recruitment, demand creation, service uptake, retention, referrals and mentoring. Compile, review and revise programme workplans in collaboration with the Programme Manager and relevant teams. Support target allocation and monitoring in collaboration with the Programme Manager, M&E and HR teams. Monitor programme performance and implement corrective measures where targets or deliverables are not being achieved. Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify programme risks, challenges and implementation gaps and work with the Programme Manager to develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Team & CBO Coordination Coordinate and provide oversight to Team Leaders and Community-Based Organisations (CBOs). Oversee mobilisation, recruitment, referrals, linkage and other programme implementation activities. Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation, assess quality and provide technical and operational support. Facilitate team meetings, planning sessions and programme review meetings. Motivate, coach and mentor programme staff to achieve agreed objectives and targets. Monitoring, Quality Assurance & Reporting Maintain accurate and complete programme records and supporting documentation. Conduct quality assurance visits and data verification checks. Review programme data and reports to identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement. Track programme issues and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution. Compile accurate and timely programme reports for management and relevant stakeholders. Document programme lessons learned, best practices and success stories. Support monitoring, evaluation, verification and programme learning activities. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain effective working relationships with government departments, donors, implementing partners, CBOs, community leaders and other key stakeholders. Represent the programme at relevant meetings, stakeholder engagements, forums and other events. Promote effective collaboration and communication between programme stakeholders. Engage professionally with partners and stakeholders to support successful programme implementation. Resources, Procurement & Administration Coordinate programme resource requests and ensure appropriate distribution of programme materials. Support procurement processes and payment administration as required. Monitor programme assets, equipment and inventory and ensure accurate records are maintained. Ensure programme resources are used appropriately and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. Support audits, donor assessments, evaluations and verification exercises by ensuring that required documentation and records are complete and readily available. People Management & HR Support Provide day-to-day support, guidance, coaching and mentoring to programme teams. Support recruitment, staff orientation and onboarding processes. Assist with attendance management, disciplinary processes and performance management in accordance with organisational policies. Identify staff development and support needs and escalate issues where appropriate. Promote teamwork, accountability and a positive working environment. Compliance & Safeguarding Ensure programme activities comply with organisational policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements and relevant standards. Promote adherence to the organisational Code of Conduct. Identify and escalate compliance, safeguarding and programme implementation risks appropriately. Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive programme information is handled responsibly.
