 Job Title: Project Coordinator Assistant
Location: Florida Park, Johannesburg
Salary: Basic Salary R10 000 - R13 000 per month (Cost to company)-depending on experience
Job type : Full time and on-site
Job Duties
Assist with Planning and coordinating project activities
Prepare and maintain project schedules and documentation
Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones
Coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with procurement and purchase orders
Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking
Maintain project files, contracts, and correspondence
Assist with tender submissions and project reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety requirements
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative field.
Strong skills in document management and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent scheduling and organizational abilities
Effective communication and coordination skills
Advantageous
Experience in the construction industry
Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
ERP or Accounting System experience
Knowledge of procurement processes and project costing
