The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating HR projects, recruitment activities, workforce management, and operational HR functions across multiple sites. This position requires an individual with a strong background in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Staff Management , who can work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Manage employee records and ensure HR compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance monitoring, and workforce planning.
- Support management with employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide HR support to operational teams.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and recruitment statistics.
- Manage staff performance tracking and development initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management.
