Job Description
- Manage project planning and ensure the team meets financial targets.
- Lead the design process from early concepts to final construction.
- Audit team Revit models to maintain high drawing quality standards.
- Run site coordination meetings and write clear project letters.
- Work closely with consultants and help them perform well.
- Handle important contract duties like payment certificates and claims.
- Build friendly relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
What You Need to Apply
- A Degree or National Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Active registration with SACAP as a Professional.
- Between seven and twelve years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong skills in authoring and managing complex Revit models.
- Previous experience running large projects and leading a small team.
- Excellent written communication skills for writing project emails and letters.
- Good positive attitude, willingness to learn & being a team player.
