- Lead multiple engineering and mobility projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor project performance, costs, risks and overall progress.
- Manage project scope and ensure customer requirements are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing.
- Drive project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure project profitability, accurate documentation and contract compliance.
- Support tendering, project costing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary project interface.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or similar).
- 4 to 6 years Project Management experience.
- Minimum 2 years Mechanical or Industrial Engineering experience.
- Experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of PMBoK or similar Project Management methodologies.
Advantageous
- Experience within the defence, military or protected mobility industry.
- Experience with land vehicle development or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of full product lifecycle management.
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or General Management.
