Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide strategic transformation programmes from initiation through to implementation.
• Develop and maintain programme governance structures, frameworks, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
• Align programme objectives with organisational strategy and business priorities.
• Manage multiple interdependent projects, ensuring successful integration and delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor programme performance against scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realisation targets.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive organisational change management activities to support successful adoption and business readiness.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Programme Management certification preferred (MSP, PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Change Management certification will be advantageous.

Experience

• 10+ years of project and programme management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing large-scale strategic transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide business transformation, organisational change, operating model transformation, digital transformation, or process optimisation programmes.
• Experience engaging with Executive Committees, Boards, and Senior Leadership Teams.
• Strong financial management and programme governance experience.
• Experience within highly regulated environments will be advantageous.
